All an inspector does is check for cleanliness, safety and send sample to a lab to check if the allowed defects are to high.
The insects and rodent hair, excrements and other goodies are there whether we can mentally accept them or not.
On average we consume 2 pounds of this junk a year( if we didn’t we’d all starve).
